3 Advertising hires Joni Thompson as Operations Director

3 Advertising, based in Albuquerque, New Mexico, has hired Joni Thompson as its operations director. Thompson has more than 30 years of experience in business operations and administration as a CPA, controller and asset manager for a variety of companies throughout the Southwest. She was most recently the chief operating officer and chief financial officer of Albuquerque Convention and Visitors Bureau. Thompson is a certified public accountant with a B.A. from Rice University and a M.Ed. from the University of Texas-Tyler.

Thompson will lead the agency’s administration, finance, accounting and operations functions, as well as business analysis and human resources. She will most likely win all future agency math competitions.
