Albuquerque ad agency/design firm 3 wins four gold awards from Graphis Logo Competition

New Mexico ad agency/design firm 3 has been honored with four gold awards from the Graphis International Logo Competition. According to the publication, the annual highlight's the world's best visual solutions. Other winning design firms and ad agencies include Duffy & Partners, Hornall Anderson, Sandstrom Design, Pentagram, Goodby Silverstein, TAXI, GSD&M and Carmichael Lynch. The publication, Graphis Logo Design 7, will be available worldwide in 2008.

Albuquerque ad agency/design firm 3 receives three gold awards from Graphis

Corporate identity work from 3 Advertising received gold awards today from the 2007 Graphis International Letterhead competition. 3 won gold awards for clients including Measure Twice of Montana.

The Graphis letterhead competition is the largest of its kind in the world. Other winning design firms include Duffy & Partners, TBWA/Chiat/Day, Taxi Canada, Goodby Silverstein, Hornall Anderson and Sandstrom Design. The publication will be available worldwide in 2008.

3 Advertising, a full-service, two-year old Albuquerque advertising agency/design firm that has quickly gained a reputation for its local, regional and national client work, has added media director Sue K. Lewis as a fourth partner.

Lewis joined the agency in February of 2007. She has 20 years of media planning and buying experience, including previous roles as associate media director for Nike while at Wieden + Kennedy in Portland, media director for Walt Disney Attractions in Orlando, senior vice president at Yesawich, Pepperdine & Brown, and most recently as media director for Young & Laramore/EchoPoint Media in Indianapolis.

3 earns recognition for branding work in Rockport Business Graphics, Print Production Finishes

Work created by Albuquerque ad agency/design firm 3 has been selected for inclusion in Business Graphics, a Rockport book covering branding campaign elements from clients around North America.

In addition, UK publishers RotoVision have selected work from 3 for inclusion in Print and Producton Images for Promotional Items, a book that highlights creative solutions that grab audience attention. Both publications will be available worldwide later in the year.

Communication Arts has selected the Osuna Nursery logo, created by Albuquerque ad agency/design firm 3, for inclusion in its 2007 design annual. According to the Communication Arts website, the annual is the world's largest and most eminent of all juried competitions for graphic design.

The magazine’s advertising and design competition receives more than 20,000 entries each year for consideration. The publication highlights the best work from each region of the United States. The annual will appear on newsstands later this year.
